In the heart of Lindsay’s Old Mill Heritage Conservation District was an abandoned and weathered home in much need of TLC, making the perfect opportunity to refresh the dwelling with a family friendly focus.

Updates were made to the kitchen layout for family-oriented dining, as well as adding a washer and dryer to the upper level – a convenient feature for newer families with loads of laundry.

The makeover transformed this once dilapidated house into an extremely unique rental, much more fitting with the character of the area. Minutes from Old Mill Park, a quick jaunt to Kent Street with local shops, dining, and a stone’s throw to cultural experiences, such as the FLATO  Academy Theatre, this now luxury rental is perfect for a family or professional working at the college or hospital.
